Tracking Information

All international shipments outside UAE receive a tracking number so our customers will know when to expect the package

No PO Box deliveries possible

We are sorry but we cannot deliver to PO Boxes as our logistical partners require a signature from you when they deliver your lenses.

All Customs and Taxes included

Any taxes and customs duty and related import fees are included in the purchase price and are added during the checkout process.

solotica.com pays for any further customs or clearance fees.

Return shipments

Return Policy:

We are happy to refund or exchange any unopened, undamaged and unexpired contact lenses within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on made to order lenses.

The return cost for shipping is free, within the United Arab Emirates using our preferred courier company. International returns must be sent as a tracked package and the transportation cost must be paid by the customer.
